Creation and Covenant — Year 2

Short adult-led input, partner talk, drawing + one or two sentences with stems.

Year 2 children explore "Creation and Covenant" through story, key vocabulary, picture sequencing and a short guided written response.

What the adult says

Read Genesis 1:1–2:3 in child-friendly language. Show 3 key images. Ask: "Which picture shows the most important moment? Why?" Children turn and talk before sharing.
